Project Surveyor.
Mentor and Support our Survey Crews (Salary 85-95K).
Spearhead the implementation of automation, standardization and Work-flow streamlining of the Survey Field Crews. Train Surveyors in Field Drafting techniques using Leica Captivate to perform Topography, As Builts and Site Layout. Process Topographic Data using Database Imports, Perform Boundary Determinations and stakeout computations. Instruct our field crews on Automated Traverse Angle Turning and Least Squares Adjustment. Produce automated Cut-Sheets and Stakeout Diagrams. Achieve LandXML Schema Compliance within Civil 3D and Leica Controllers. Train Surveying staff and Party Chiefs in a range of Surveying technologies such as Leica RTK GS-18i GNSS Rovers, Leica Robotic TS12 and TS16i Total Stations, Leica Captivate CS15, CS-20, CS30 Controllers. Expert knowledge of Leica Infinity office Post Processing Software and Civil 3D CAD Drafting Software.
Candiate must posses excellent conflict resolution and customer service skills. Must be able to carry a maximum of 51 pounds and be physically fit. Experience performing take-off Quantity Analisys and writting Proposals. Must be willing to perform both Office and Field work as needed (50% office - 50% Field). Effective teaching skills as well as professional knowlege of Spanish/ English are desired. For this Position 20+ years of Field Surveying Experience is required.
Field-to-Finish Surveyor + Field Engineer.
One person Robotic Crew (Salary 75-85K).
We are looking for an extremely talented and dedicated surveying profesional with 15+ years of experience in Land Surveying, Construction Stakeout and Deformation Monitoring in maryland and Washigton DC area. The ideal candiate must be able to interpret, digitize and layout Civil, Geotechnical, Structural, Architectural, Environmental and MEP drawings. In addition to these responsibilities he/she must be able perform field-to-finish drafting on Topographic and Boundary surveys, Condo Plats, DCSO style Surveys and ALTA Surveys. Working knowledge of Leica Geosystems techology is a plus but we are willing to train. For this Position 5+ years of Civil 3D is required as CAD drafting is required to complete finished deliverables. Must be willing to perform both Office and Field work as needed (30% office - 70% Field).
SCAN-to-BIM Technician.
One person Reality Capture Expert. (Salary 65-75K).
Work with leading edge Lidar and Laser Scanning technologies. Must Posses working Knowledge of various types of Reality capture software packages such as Leica Infinity, Leica Cloudworx, Leica Cyclone Field 360, Leica Cyclone Register 360, Leica Cyclone 3DR, Reality Cloud Studio, ATIS-Cloud, Revit and Civil 3D. Ideal candiate must be computer savy. Must be willing to Commute to the Jobsite and travel frequently. Must be willing to perform both Office and Field work as needed (50% office - 50% Field).
