Suárez Geospatial is walking in the footsteps of Surveying technology innovators such as Jakob Kern , Ernst Leitz , Carl Zeiss and Heinrich Wild . Standing on the Shoulders of these giants, we are attempting to advance their contributions into the the Artificial Intelligence age. Our objective is to enable AI on-the-edge machine vision and robotic assitive technologies in order to empower the one-man Robotic Survey Crew.
We are proudly announcing the open enrollment of interns, willing to participate in this project for the Spring, Summer and Fall of 2026. You will be interning under the direct guidance and mentorship of Lead Innovator Gustavo Suarez. This project will utilize entirely Linux based Open-Source Software/ Hardware for design and culminate with a proof-of-concept at the end of 2026.
